1. Promotion Overview

Refreshing Pools is giving one eligible existing customer the opportunity to win 12 months of free pool servicing as part of its 2026 Christmas Giveaway.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Be an Australian resident.
• Be an existing Refreshing Pools customer who meets the promoter’s eligibility requirements.
• Complete and submit the official 12 Months Free Pool Servicing Giveaway entry form on the Refreshing Pools website during the promotion period.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions by ticking the required checkbox on the entry form.

Employees of Refreshing Pools, individuals directly involved in conducting the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Refreshing Pools reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, existing customer status and eligibility.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the 12 Months Free Pool Servicing Giveaway entry form on the official Refreshing Pools website between 1 November 2026 and 14 December 2026.

All fields are mandatory except for Extra Notes. Required fields include:

• Given name
• Surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Street address
• Suburb
• State
• Postcode
• Pool capacity in litres
• Whether the pool is inground or above ground
• Pool surface type
• Pool sanitiser type
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

The Extra Notes field is optional.

Incomplete entries, entries containing false information, and entries submitted outside the promotion period may be deemed invalid.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

4. The Prize

One eligible existing Refreshing Pools customer will win 12 months of free pool servicing.

The 12-month period will commence on a date agreed with Refreshing Pools following notification of the prize.

The prize applies to the winner’s existing eligible pool at the property recorded on their entry form. It cannot be transferred to another person or property.

The servicing frequency, appointment arrangements and standard service inclusions will be confirmed in writing by Refreshing Pools before the prize is redeemed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the written prize inclusions, the prize covers standard pool servicing labour only and excludes:

• Pool chemicals, salt and other consumables
• Replacement parts and equipment
• Equipment repairs or upgrades
• Additional treatments or corrective work
• Repairs required due to existing equipment faults
• Any services outside the agreed standard servicing inclusions

Any excluded products, repairs or services will be quoted separately and remain the responsibility of the winner.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

The draw will take place on 18 December 2026 and will be conducted by Refreshing Pools or its authorised representative.

The winner will be subject to eligibility verification before the prize is confirmed.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number supplied on their entry form within seven days of the draw.

The winner must respond within seven days of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange the commencement of the servicing prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe or is found to be ineligible, Refreshing Pools reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals.

The winner may be announced on the official Refreshing Pools website and social media channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

7. Servicing Arrangements

Refreshing Pools will contact the winner to confirm the pool details, service inclusions, appointment schedule and commencement date.

The winner must provide reasonable access to the property and pool equipment to allow servicing to be carried out safely.

Appointments will be arranged subject to availability and the normal operating area of Refreshing Pools.

The winner must notify Refreshing Pools of any relevant changes to their contact details, property access or pool equipment during the prize period.

If the winner sells the property, moves, changes the pool being serviced or can no longer receive the agreed services, the prize cannot automatically be transferred to another person or location.

Refreshing Pools will discuss any necessary changes with the winner, subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the servicing prize.

Information about the winner’s pool, including pool capacity, surface type and sanitiser, may be used to plan the standard servicing arrangements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Refreshing Pools Privacy Policy.

Entrants should review the Privacy Policy before submitting their entry. Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without the required consent.

9. General Conditions

Refreshing Pools reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides misleading information, tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent conduct.

Refreshing Pools may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any required approvals or notifications.

Refreshing Pools is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is organised and administered by Refreshing Pools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
